One Deaf man, One Bicycle, and Across America
when I arrived at ocean beach, I felt so inspire of myself. I screamed and showed the pride to universe. but at same time, I brought my flashback to the beginning of bike trip. I can remember the feeling through bad and good situations. I just blinked and stood at final destination. It took me for 52 days. I cant believe that my bike trip just be over. that is one of my biggest challenge just got checked in my list. :) I am really proud of myself that I DIDN’T give up. I want to say thank to everyone who has been supporting me all ways I rode. I proved everyone that deaf can do alone. I am telling you that wasn’t easy to ride alone. Before you want to take that challenge, you have to make sure to ask cyclist who did across America for tips. That is important for you, cyclist. this bike trip gave me a lot of rich experiences. I would like to ride that again someday. :)
yesterday, I started to ride from Vallejo to SAn Francisco. When I got closer the bridge, I didn’t see any roads has room for people to walk cross the bridge. So, I rode a citybus. then got off and rode more. Until Oakland bridge, I Rode BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to cross under the ocean to San Francisco. I rode to final destination. It took me for about 50 miles, but I actually rode for 38 miles. thanks to my old and new friends to cerebrate for me.
